Kechi Adiukwu is Managing Partner of Grobe Ideen Inc. With vast experience in developing and executing key construction and real estate projects, Ms. Adiukwu has over 5 years track record for creating and closing deals. Ms. Adiukwu’s specialties range from development of construction concepts, real estate branding, real estate sales, contract negotiations and key client management.
Over the years, Ms. Adiukwu has applied her experience within the organized corporate, private and commercial real estate platforms to create value for a variety of clients within and outside Nigeria. Key notable projects are The Northpointe (1, 2, & 3), Midland Court, Essential Homes (Lakeview, Southpointe and Golden Leaf). Ms. Adiukwu also partnered with key groundbreaking efforts delivering value for clients like Gravitas through the Gracefield Phoenix project and the Le Moriah Luxury Apartments.
Ms. Adiukwu holds a BSc. degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and is a candidate for an MBA in Strategic Business Management at the Metropolitan School of Management- University of Northampton UK. As a certified Level 3 Health Safety and Environment (HSE) specialist Ms. Adiukwu has applied essential aspects of General Health and Safety in construction and real estate management and is a Certified Customer Service Advisor (CSC).
Ms. Adiukwu has built a track record of integrity in delivering value for customers with cumulative sales of over $50 million within the last 3 years.
